PodsyLive Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: October 2025

At PodsyLive, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment—especially for underage users. In the Podsylive app (com.podsylive) and across all associated platforms, we strictly prohibit any content containing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Our Commitment

  • PodsyLive does not tolerate any content, communications, or behavior that harms, endangers, or exploits minors.
  • Any attempts to create, upload, distribute, or promote CSAM/CSAE content are strictly prohibited.
  • We actively monitor, detect, and remove such content using human moderation and automated tools.
  • Violations result in immediate account suspension and are reported to: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, as required by applicable law, the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Enforcement and Reporting

If you encounter any suspected child abuse, exploitation, or endangerment:

  • In-app reporting: Use the “Report” button found next to any content or message.
